With over 25 years of experience leading the HR function in manufacturing, retail, and hospitality industries, Emily provides consultative excellence in talent management to support executive search, onboarding, coaching, and development for client leaders and teams to drive business objectives.
Emily Ritchey founded Collective Talent Solutions and joined Legacy Executive Search following an extensive career as a Human Resources Business Leader specializing in talent acquisition and development. With experience building teams at all levels, she provides search services for operational leaders, human resources, finance, and commercial sales talent.
Emily spent 10 years as Vice President of HR for a privately held industrial manufacturing company. During her tenure at The Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company, she led HR for the company-owned retail stores and supported consumer sales and marketing. Early in her career, she worked for Newell Brands and Wyndham Hotels in progressive HR roles.
Graduating Magna Cum Laude with a BBA in HR from Kent State University, Emily holds SPHR, SHRM-SCP, and Strategic HR Business Partner certifications. She has recently earned her CAP Coaching credentials and is advancing to earn her ICF ACC Certification in 2026. Emily resides in Chattanooga, Tennessee, has two adult children, and enjoys road cycling, live music, and travel.
